In short and honest

No voting recommendation: profiles, proximity indicators and majorities are editorial classifications — not a scientific or official result.
Opinions, not facts: ratings of political figures are aggregated user opinions.
Fairness: manipulation attempts (automated voting, circumventing the device binding) are prohibited; affected votes may be removed.
Availability: Impuls is a private project in beta — there is no claim to uninterrupted availability.
